The organizers of the High Forest Rumble Rallies desire to provide a safe, secure, enjoyable and family friendly destination for all Motorcycle Enthusiasts. We realize that this will encompass a very large and varied group of individuals. With that in mind, it is important that we discuss some basic event policy issues. The following policies are not intended to limit personal freedoms or expressions, but rather to set a base level of what you may expect as you attend these events, and what is generally accepted as a “good and polite society”. The decision of the High Forest Rumble management will be the final authority in all matters of question.
All High Forest Rumble Rallies are “family friendly” events. Therefore, all conduct, activities, behavior, and dress must be consistent with that which is acceptable for people of all ages.
Absolutely no illegal drugs will be permitted on the premises. Further, anyone observed to using or under the influence of illegal drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no ticket refund. If illegal drug use is a part of your lifestyle, this may not be the event for you.
Although, we fully support the 2nd Amendment and the State of Tennessee CCW laws, it is important to keep the High Forest Rumble Rallies free of weapons. Absolutely, no attendee weapons will be permitted on the premises. “Weapons” are defined as: Any firearm, any knife or sharp object (folding pocket knives with a blade length of 3.5” or less are permissible), or any blunt object used for striking (fixed or flexible).
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES
No outside food or beverages will be permitted on the premises. A good selection of food and beverage vendors will be available for your convenience.
OUTSIDE LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION
All outside literature (flyers, pamphlets or other printed material) must be submitted to the High Forest Rumble management for consideration a minimum of 45 days before the event. If approved, written permission will be given and a copy of that permission must be presented when bring the material onto the premises. Submit to: High Forest Rumble, P. O. All unapproved outside literature will be confiscated, destroyed and the distributor will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no ticket refund.
OUTSIDE SOLISCITATION AND SALES
All solicitation and sales on the premises are to be conducted by the approved event vendors. No other solicitations or sales of any kind will be permitted. Offenders will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no ticket refund.
If you wish to be considered for a vendor spot, please complete the vendor application found under the “Vendor” tab on this site. Approval will be granted or denied in writing by the High Forest Rumble management. . If approved, a copy of that permission must be presented when bring the vendor materials onto the premises.
